Gather requirement for ERP implementation project related to XL business process
Implement ERP functional enhancement, process improvement and integration to other system to ensure efficiency of ERP system operation
Monitor and execute project implementation with resource and cost effective based on SLA to ensure project delivered and completed within agreed timeline
Coordination, establish communication with all party (internal/external) for activity, updates progress and follow up for issues resolution raised during projects implementation
Identify and Provide documentation required to support the project implementation
Analyze and improve authorization profile to comply with business process matrix according to user qualification on authorization
Provide proactive and timely solutions to fulfill user requests related to ERP operation
Analyze and manage all unsolved problem, risk and issue to ensure deliverable of problem solving
Explore and analyze growth system to find out new features or to optimize and reduce complexity of the system

Requirements:

Minimum bachelor degree (S1) graduated majoring in information technology (IT), Engineering, and Math&science.
Minimum 4 years experience in SAP FI/CO module.
Experience in other related SAP modules such as PS, SD and MM module would be an advantage
Intermediate Computer (Ms. Office, Internet, Windows)
Intermediate ERP module Knowledge (preferably)
Basic knowledge of SAP Reporting, LSMW and workflow
